This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise silver concho belt. This phenomenal belt contains 8 outstanding large thick and chunky silver conchos that each measure a whopping 2-5/8" in diameter. Located in the center of each round silver concho is a large rounded Royston turquoise stone that measures around 3/8" in diameter. The silver works located on each concho consists of sun stampings, dotted works, channel works and amazing detailed teepee stamped leaf patterns. The impressive concho belt contains a large thick and sturdy silver buckle that measures a whopping 4" X 2-1/2". The buckle consists of another center turquoise stone with accenting sun bursting patterns, leaf patterns, channel works and sun stampings. What I absolutely love about this belt are the rounded leather backings that are on each of the conchos. This belt contains a wonderful brown leather belt. Sterling silver. Cir. Mid Century +.
