This is a museum quality vintage Navajo turquoise silver concho belt. This phenomenal belt contains 8 beautiful and very large silver conchos that each measure around 4" X 3". Located in the center of each concho is a remarkable diamond shaped Sleeping Beauty turquoise stone that measures around 7/8" X 5/8". Surrounding the stones are marvelous silver works that consist of sun bursting patterns, teepee patterns, channel works and sun stampings. I absolutely love the intricacy and detailing of this very large silver concho belt. The buckle on the belt is absolutely large and just beautiful consisting of two more wonderful diamond shaped Sleeping Beauty turquoise stones. The buckle measures a whopping 4-1/4" X 3" and is a superior rectangular shape. The total length of the belt measures around 40" long. Sterling silver, marked. Cir. Mid century . Sturdy 611 grams.
