This is an impressive vintage Navajo two stone silver buckle. This remarkable buckle consists of two large chunky Morenci turquoise stones. Located throughout the buckle are amazing silver works that consist of leaves, silver slab pieces, raindrops, ropes and a center phenomenal slithering silver snake. Bordering the edges of the square shaped silver buckle are amazing channel works with accenting sun stampings in the corners. The buckle measures a whopping 3" X 2-1/2" and can fit a belt width of about 2" or less. The largest stone measures around 3/4" x 5/8". Sterling silver. Cir. Mid century . Sturdy 81 grams.
