This is a breathtaking vintage Zuni inlaid silver belt. This remarkable belt contains a mind blowing plethora of handmade and hand inlaid silver links, a total of 25 fascinating inlaid silver links. Each silver link measures around 1" X 1/2". Seperating every single inlaid link are beautiful handmade round silver links. The buckle of the belt is a larger version of the smaller inlaid silver links and measures around 2" X 1-1/8". The intricacy of the inlaid stones and shells is marvelous consisting of mother of pearl, onyx, coral and turquoise. Such beautiful workmanship. The belt measures a total length of about 36-1/2 Signed by Zuni artist, Alex and Marylita Boone. Sterling silver. Cir. 1970's+. Sturdy 69 grams.
